Our steel corrugated trailer and truck wheel spacers are unique in the industry: the rolling apparatus shapes the ribs and flange of our spacer rings using a cold forming process that does not produce tension in the steel thus resulting in a perfect spacer ring configuration.

Automative channel-type truck wheel spacer

The secret to this particular spacer ring is our special rolling process that shapes the curve of the wheel spacer ring slowly and progressively, using a cold forming process that does not produce tension in the steel and results in perfectly round wheel spacer rings.

1- Material: Steel, S50W, Pickle and oiled.
2- For all 15” dia. And “M” type spacers nom. Gauge 156, for all other “K” type spacers nom. Gauge 114.
3- Finish: Paint, color grey. (System: Steroxy polyester powder coat, heat dry).
